Minimum rental is 7 days.

Change over day in peak summer is on Saturdays.

Payment should be made in Euros via Paypal either by credit card or by using a Paypal account.

A deposit of 25% will be required to secure your booking.

Full payment is required two calendar months before your arrival date or at the time of booking if your holiday is within that period.

 

Cancellations should be made in writing and sent to info@albufeirarental.com

Any charges will be calculated from the date we receive notification and are at the owner’s discretion, in accordance with the terms below:

More than two months before arrival date, deposit is non-refundable.
Between two months and one month before arrival you will be refunded 50% of the total booking fee.
Less than one month before arrival no refund will be made.
